At 70 feet long, the T.R.U.C.K (Traveling Restaurant Ultimate Competition Kitchen) introduced by US-based Culinary Performance Media (CPM) has two custom competition kitchens, a massive 18-foot media wall covered in HD, LFD screens, and two sets of interactive displays that flank a theater-like stage used for live culinary demonstrations. The 17, 55-inch screens are interconnected to produce live broadcast experiences.
CPM engaged custom food truck builder Cruising Kitchens in San Antonio to assist in the design and build-out.T.R.U.C.K.is designed for complete brand engagement and will launch at Event Tech in Las Vegas, where thousands of leading brands gather to see the latest in social and interactive technology. Dallas-based The Marketing Arm will activate the first of four T.R.U.C.K mobile kitchens in the next few quarters.
